keys

The keys property contains the primary keys the statement changed, keyed by table name.

ChangedKeys

A table appears only when every key it changed fits the reporting bound of 1,000 keys per table. A table that changed more rows than that is absent, so an absent table means the rows that changed cannot be named, not that nothing changed. The tables property stays authoritative either way.
